PMJAY-MA Yojana

Government of the Gujarat by resolution no FPW/102021/557/B-1 Dated 05.08.2021 rename the MA, MA Vatsalya  & AYUSHMAN BHARAT Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana as PMJAY-MA Yojana.

Eligible Beneficiary 

• BPL Card holders of Gujarat is provided free of cost where annual coverage up to Rs. 5 lacs for family (MA)
• Free of cost indoor treatment to family having annual income less than Rs. 4 lacs where annual coverage up to Rs. 5 lacs for the family. Also include senior citizen person whose family having annual income upto Rs. 6 Lacs, all urban and rural ASHAs(Accredited Social Health Activist), Reporters and  fix pay employees of class-3 & 4 appointed  by state government (MAV)
• Presently Government of India has started AYUSHMAN BHARAT (ABPM JAY) Yojna, beneficiary of Gujarat State where annual coverage of free of cost cardiac treatment up to Rs. 5 lacs. (ABPMJAY)
• Ayushman Bharat is the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana or PM-JAY as it is popularly known. This scheme was launched on 23rd September, 2018   by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.
• The households included are based on the deprivation and occupational criteria of Socio-Economic Caste Census 2011 (SECC 2011) for rural and urban areas respectively.

Beneficiary can get benefit by showing PMJAY-MA card avail the free treatment decided by the government.
