Ayushman Bharat Yojana

• Government of India has started AYUSHMAN BHARAT (ABPM JAY) Yojana across the country, where annual coverage of free of cost cardiac treatment up to Rs. 5 lacs.
•  Ayushman Bharat is the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana or PM-JAY as it is popularly known. This scheme was launched on 23rd September, 2018   by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.
• The households included are based on the deprivation and occupational criteria of Socio-Economic Caste Census 2011 (SECC 2011) for rural and urban areas respectively.

Beneficiary can get benefit by showing PMJAY card avail the free treatment decided by the government.
