Note:

• Interview of above mentioned post will be conducted on every Thursday at 12 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on working days till further instructions.
• Below mentioned original documents & their photocopies should be brought at the time of interview:

• Present Address Proof (License/Aadhar Card/Election card)
• Academic qualification

• 10^th Marsksheet,
• 12^th Marksheet,
• B.Sc / GNM all Marksheet,
• Degree Certificate / Diploma Certificate

• Registration certificate (Gujarat Nursing Council) & (if GNC Registration) Experience Certificate (If Any), required as per Criteria.
• PAN card & Adhar Card
• Candidates for walk-in interview should report at following venue before one hour of interview scheduled time.
• Those candidates who fail to appear at the scheduled time of interview then they will not be allowed to appear in walk-in interview.
