Note:

• Below mentioned original documents & their photocopies should be brought at the time of interview:

1. Present Address Proof (License/Aadhar Card/Election card)
2. Academic qualification
3. Registration certificate (NMC/GMC/Other State Council)
4. Experience Certificate
5. PAN card & Adhar Card

• The candidates come for walk-in interview should report at following venue before one hour of interview scheduled time.
• Those candidates who fail to appear at the scheduled time of interview then they will not be allowed to appear in walk-in interview.
