Note:

• Interview of above mentioned post will be conducted on following dates (27.01.2026/28.01.2026/29.01.2026/30.01.2026) at 11:00 A.M.TO 02:00 P.M.
• Below mentioned original documents & their photocopies should be brought at the time of interview:

• Present Address Proof (License/Aadhar Card/Election card)
• Academic qualification

• 10^th Mark sheet,
• 12^th Mark sheet,
• BSc / GNM all Mark sheet,
• Degree Certificate / Diploma Certificate

• Registration certificate (Gujarat Nursing Council) & (if GNC Registration)

Experience Certificate (If Any), required as per Criteria.

• PAN card & Aadhar Card
• Candidates for walk-in interview should report at following venue before one hour of interview scheduled time.
• Those candidates who fail to appear at the scheduled time of interview then they will not be allowed to appear in walk-in interview.
