Surgery Package

1.   Hospital Stay for 10 days, which includes 2 days in RR, 3 days in SICU and 5 days in room according to package.

3.   Routine Medicines

4.   Routine Laboratory Investigations like (Hb, TC, DC, ESR, Platelet Count, Bl. Group, R. Blood Sugar, Creatinine, Urea, Bilirubin, SGPT, SGOT, ALK Phosphatase, Total Proteins, BT, CT, PT, Na, K, Cl. HBsAg, HIV), Per-Operative, and  Post Operative Laboratory investigations like No. of ABG reports as per package.

5.   Routine Radiological Investigation (X-ray Chest-2)

6.   Routine Post Operative 2D-ECHO or use of Trans oesophageal probe-(adult/paed) if required during procedure.

7.   Anaesthesia / Physiotherapist / Perfusionist charges

8.   Monitoring Charges / use of Syringe Pump.

9.   Ventilator if required.

THIS PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE :

1.   Cost of use of IABP / Pacemaker (Temporary or Permanent) / Valve / Stent / New Patch / octopus / starfish / Orchid / swan gang catheter / cell saver kit / Hemocore / cardiac output  catheter /Bacterial Filter Bi-pump and others, if required by treating consultant.

2.   Cost of the treatment for complications / emergency treatment / Treatment of High-risk patients (i.e. for additional -- procedure, drugs, investigations and overstay charged extra.)

3.   Cost of Blood and its components

4.   Investigations over and above routine investigations,

5.   Cost of Special drugs / special investigations when required for procedure / for additional procedures / and  treatment not included as per the package.

6.   For treatment of diseases like Diabetes and other disease, which require Laboratory or radiological investigations like x-ray and Sonography will be charged extra.

7.   Charges for visiting faculty's visits other than cardiology and charges for procedures by them.

8.   Consumable and medicines used and investigation done in wards / rooms

9.   All consumables and service procedures, medicines, and material other than package which are not included in package will be charged extra.

10. Food & Laundry.

11. Re-Exploration / Re-suturing if done during the specified package period shall cost only Rs. 5000/- each.

12. Cost of more than fixed ABG reports will be charged extra as decided by treating consultant.

13. Cost of additional procedures Coronary Check Angiography / Coronary Check  Angioplasty or other cardiac procedure or surgical or associated surgical procedures if required as desired by the treating doctors will be charged extra.

GENERAL NOTES: (C)

1.    When the patient is in Recovery / SICU / Medical ICCU, then room charges shall be extra if the room is occupied by relatives as actuals. Seating arrangement for attendant in general ward.

2.    Extra stay charges for overstay beyond the prescribed package days on actuals for room, Medicines, Material, investigations, services and Hospital Charges including Doctor's Fees.

3.    Necessary refundable deposit have to be paid for such items in advance like IABP / Pacemaker (Temporary or Permanent) / Valve / Stent / New Patch / octopus / starfish / Orchid / swan gang catheter / cell saver kit / Hemocore / cardiac output  catheter /Bacterial Filter Bi-pump  etc. when advised by the treating consultant for high probability of their use or consent for doing additional treatment at the time of procedure like Coronary Angioplasty with stent during the procedure of Coronary Angiography, or use of IABP before, during or after Operation of CABG. If not used, the deposit amount shall be refunded.

4.    Price of the Package and necessary refundable deposit (as applicable according to No.3 of General Notes : C) if required will be payable in full before commencement of any procedure otherwise, procedure will not start. Payment shall be either in Cash / DD / After clearing of the cheque.

5.    In case of upgradation of package after admission, actuals will be charged.

6.    RR/SICU / Medical ICU period exceeds than the prescribed package days, will be charged extra including medicine and consumables.

7.    Re-Exploration / Re-suturing will be charged actuals if it is carried out after the discharge of the patient.

8.    The Doctor has to justify for the overstay beyond specified package days and pre-admission days to the Director / Authorised person with the reason.

9.   Packages subject to change as per decision of the Institute for review of packages at intervals or sudden change in cost of consumable / medicine / equipment / lab. investigations / radiology and in-house pharmacy store / infrastructure facility.

10.  Any additional services like phone and others are not included in this package and will be charged extra.

11. All other general rules of the Hospital are applicable.

12. Follow up charges as actuals extra except doctor's charges.

13. Any additional treatment is consented in the same procedure if required as advised by the treating consultant refundable deposit is to be paid alongwith package.

14. Package will be implemented from the day of procedure, but additional one day before procedural admission is allowed. Anything extra than this before procedure or after procedure, shall be charged extra on actuals, according to the category of the room.

SPECIAL NOTES: (D)

1.     All above details is binding to me.

2.     This supercedes all our previous price lists. 

3.     Package will be reviewed at regular intervals by Institute. Accordingly, it will be effective as decided by institute without any notice.

4.     Director has a right to change in any above points in package in special circumstances without any notice but it will be informed to the patients before procedure.

Note : Cardiology Procedures and Cardiac Surgeries packages are transparent  without any hidden Cost and other  packages  are  similarly  define  like  Coronary  Angiography, Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery- Non-Beating (CT-1/A) & Beating (CT-1/B).
